Yagoda Villas

“Yagoda” Villas are located at 1,5 km or at about a 20 minutes walk from the centre of Borovetz. The villas are surrounded by sunny meadows and magnificent conifers. They are suitable for vacations of families, couples and groups who seek the comfort, seclusion and serenity without missing the active day and nightlife in Borovetz. The villas are open a year round.

“Yagoda” Villas have 40 wooden Finnish style villas, 10 of which have own sauna.
Accommodation: 1 to 4 pax (additionally a baby cot can be provided); ideal for couples or families with one or two children

Each villa comprises:

a living-room with one double bed and 2 single beds, wardrobe and a TV-set with satellite television;
a small bedroom with two wooden bunk-beds, comfortable for adults also;
a kitchen with a cooker, a fridge and a sink. The villas are equipped with the basic utensils for cooking and eating, dishes, and cups;
a bathroom with a shower and toilet;
some villas have a sauna;
terrace with a bench.

Guests are welcomed in “Yagoda” Restaurant (capacity of 90 seats). Built in the typical for the villas Finnish style, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine. Different events such as official dinners, weddings, etc. can be organized.

”Yagoda” Villas have playgrounds and necessary equipment for volleyball, football, basketball (1 basket), tennis, table tennis, badminton. Chess, backgammon, and different entertaining family games are offered at the reception desk. The guests accommodated in villas without saunas can use the sauna of the “Yagoda” reception.
